Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection – Primmo Audio Lab

Primmo Audio Lab is in development. This policy explains how we handle data supplied through the waitlist, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

1. Data we collect

We collect your email address, your description of the vinyl recordings you would like to process, any additional information you choose to provide, and technical information necessary for site security and operation, such as IP address and browser type.

We do not request audio files or payment details, and we do not create a user account through the waitlist.

2. How we use data

We use this information to organize the first tests, assess whether recordings match the initial scope, respond to requests, and send development updates and information about the tests when we have consent.

3. Legal bases

Processing for development updates and test information is based on your consent. We may also process technical data based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and protecting the site.

4. Sharing and retention

We may share data with essential hosting, database, email, and security-analysis providers, only as necessary to operate the waitlist. We retain data for as long as needed for these purposes or until you withdraw consent, subject to legal retention obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To do so, contact us at primmoaudiolab@gmail.com.

6. Security and transfers

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect data. Some providers may process data outside Brazil, subject to applicable safeguards.
